About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Ganger to join our growing construction team in West Malling. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for supervising site operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site operatives
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations
• Allocate tasks and manage workflow efficiently
• Liaise with site managers and other trades on-site
• Monitor quality of work and ensure project specifications are met
• Maintain site records, including timesheets and progress reports
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure team compliance with safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory role within construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid Gold CSCS card (Required)
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Required)
• Good understanding of construction processes and health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
