Job Title: Groundworker / Gang Labourer (CB22 Area)

Location: CB22 (Cambridge area)
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Groundworker / Gang Labourer to join our team on projects in the CB22 area. You will be working as part of a gang on a busy construction site, supporting a range of groundwork and site preparation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with drainage, kerbing, and concreting works
• Operating basic hand and power tools
• Supporting plant operators and skilled trades
• Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards
• Following instructions from the site supervisor or ganger

Requirements:

• Previous experience in groundwork or construction gangs preferred
• Valid CSCS card
• SSSTS
• First Aid
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking attitude
