Job Title: Gas Engineer - Property Services (Social Housing)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a well-established property services contractor delivering maintenance and repairs within social housing across the Leeds area. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a stable schedule, and the chance to work with a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs within occupied and void social housing properties
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with current gas safety regulations and company standards
• Completing relevant paperwork and job reports accurately
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents

Requirements

• Valid Gas qualifications
• Previous experience working within social housing or property services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
