Gas Engineer
Location: Chorley
Rate: £24.00 per hour CIS
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 2-3 weeks initially, with the potential for ongoing or permanent work for the right candidate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a social housing contract in the Chorley area.
The role will involve carrying out CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Checks and minor installation/remedial works within occupied domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Inspections
- Carrying out minor gas installation and remedial works
- Servicing domestic gas appliances where required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Gas Safe regulations
- Completing all relevant certification and paperwork accurately
Requirements
- Valid Gas Safe Registration
- Up-to-date ACS qualifications
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
- Own van and tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Available for an immediate start
