General Builder / Bricklayer - Core Drilling Works

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Builder / Bricklayer to carry out core drill hole works within occupied and void social housing properties.

The role will involve core drilling for ventilation and service penetrations, along with making good works including brickwork and plastering to a high standard. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work available.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out core drilling works in brick and block walls

• Create openings for fan ventilation and service penetrations

• Complete associated brickwork repairs and alterations

• Carry out plastering and making-good works internally

• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Work within occupied social housing properties with professionalism and care

• Maintain clean and tidy working areas

• Complete relevant job sheets and paperwork

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Builder or Bricklayer

• Experience with core drilling equipment

• Competent in plastering and making good

• Experience working within social housing (preferred)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Valid CSCS card

• Own tools required
