Location: North East - Sunderland, Seaham, Barnard Castle

We are currently looking for an experienced Joiner for short-term works on social housing properties and schemes across the North East.

🔨 Duties:

• Working on sub floors and joists

• Removing and reinstalling kitchens following remedial works

• General joinery works within social housing properties

• Working across multiple sites including Sunderland, Seaham and Barnard Castle

✅ Requirements:

• Own van (cars will not be accepted)

• Own tools

• Valid CSCS card

• Asbestos Awareness

• Experience working within social housing properties

• Reliable and able to work across multiple locations
