2 x Fire Door Joiners - Newcastle City Centre - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting 2 x experienced Fire Door Joiners for an immediate start on a student accommodation project in Newcastle city centre.

Job Details

• Location: Newcastle City Centre
• Project: Student Accommodation
• Duration: 4-6 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate: £27.00+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Duties

• Installation and remedial works on fire doors
• Fitting fire door sets, frames, ironmongery, and associated joinery works
• Ensuring all works are completed to current fire safety regulations and site standards
• Working efficiently within occupied and live accommodation areas where required

Requirements

• Blue or Gold CSCS Card (essential)
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate (essential)
• Proven experience in fire door installation and maintenance
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Ability to start immediately
