Location: Ashington
Rate: £16.84 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start: Immediate

Duration: 1 Year Contract (Opporunity to go Permanent)

We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects.

🔧 Duties:

• Stripping out old bathrooms & Kitchens

• Assisting trades on site

• Removing and loading waste

• Keeping work areas clean and safe

• Working across occupied and void properties

✅ Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Manual Handling, Workign at Heights, Asbestos Awareness (Can be done online before start)

• Full UK Driving Licence (Clean) & Own transport (essential due to multiple site locations)

• Physically fit and reliable

• Experience on social housing or strip-out works preferred

• Good attitude and willingness to work

💷 Pay:

• £16.84 per hour

• 39 hours per week

• Weekly pay

• Ongoing work for the right candidates
