JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintenance Plumber required for a Facilities Management company to carry out planned and preventative maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Plumber to join the team. This is a long-term, secure contract position with the opportunity to go permanent. Opportunities for progression are available.

This role will involve working 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative plumbing maintenance
• Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures and fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site

Requirements for the role:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Proven plumbing maintenance experience
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of water systems, heating systems, and general building services

On offer is a competitive hourly rate of £21 - £22 per hour. Any hours worked over 40 hours will be paid at x1.5. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for progression. My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
