Job Title: Mobile Electrician
Location: Redcar
Rate: £19 - £21 per hour
Contract: 13 Weeks Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider covering five large commercial buildings in the Redcar area. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and the chance to join a well-established team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the portfolio, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. You will work across multiple sites, supporting the wider maintenance team and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs

• Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues

• Supporting general building maintenance when required

• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

• Maintaining accurate job records and reports

• Liaising with site teams and management to ensure smooth site operations

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Experience working in commercial building maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
