A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a prestigious retail client across flagship stores in Central London. This role is accessible via public transport, with an Oyster card provided, and does not require driving.

What does a Mobile HVAC Engineer role entail?

  • Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC systems in busy retail environments.
  • Working independently and proactively to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients on-site to ensure a high standard of service and smooth operations.
  • Traveling between multiple high-profile retail locations across Oxford Street (East & West) and other nearby stores.

Requirements for the Mobile HVAC Engineer role:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC maintenance.
  • Strong experience with both PPM and reactive works.
  • Either Refrigeration OR Commercial Gas qualification (essential).
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Oxford Street.

Desirable (Not Essential):

  • Previous retail or commercial environment experience.
  • Experience working in a mobile role across multiple sites.
