About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the Mid and South North West region. You will carry out day-to-day repairs in tenanted and void properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• General joinery repairs and maintenance
• Patch plastering and making good
• Gaining access works, including lock and door repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs and associated works
• Responsive day-to-day maintenance within occupied properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner within social housing, maintenance, or repairs
• Competent in basic plumbing, patch plastering, and associated multi-trade works
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Strong communication and customer service skills
