The Role

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Repairs & Maintenance team working across social housing properties in Cambridgeshire.

You'll carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service to residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing reactive repairs and maintenance
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines
• Liaising with supervisors and other trades
• Updating job progress using a PDA
• Delivering great service to residents

What We're Looking For

✔ NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent experience)
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Social housing experience (desirable)
