Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with to work on their out of hours contract covering the Southeast London and Kent region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for additional work or work outside the normal 09:00 - 17:00. The out of hours contract is across 7 days a week. However, the successful candidate will work 4 weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.

Package / Hours:

• £120 per shift + £10 per job completed
• No cap on jobs per shift
• Van and fuel card
• Start time is from 17:00
• Monday - Sunday (You will only work 4 days throughout the week and either Saturday or Sunday)

Duties:

• Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties
• Carrying out responsive repairs
• Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen repairs/refits, bathroom fitting, plastering etc

Experience:

• Must have social housing/council experience
• Must have a full UK driving license
• Must be customer facing
