Standard Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week.

Our client is looking for an experienced Responsive Multi Trader to join their Planned Works and Responsive Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services within social housing tenanted properties.

Responsibilities and Experience

Applications are welcome from experienced candidates with a Responsive Multi Trade background. Duties will include carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out a variety of responsive maintenance and repair works across tenanted properties.
  • Basic plumbing, including the replacement of sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins and taps, along with occasional repairs.
  • Tiling and patch plastering, including making good.
  • Painting and decorating as required.
  • Working within occupied social housing properties, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Using handheld devices or job management systems to receive and complete daily work instructions.
  • Managing your own workload effectively and working independently.
  • Following all health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within social housing and tenanted properties is essential.
  • Proven experience carrying out responsive repairs across a range of trades.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
