Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £39,000.00 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to provide a high-quality, customer-focused painting and decorating service across residential properties within the London Borough of Hounslow.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating of client's premises, both internal and external to a high level of proficiency.
• Preparing surfaces with appropriate methods such as steaming, sanding or using power tools (blowtorches), repairing cracks, sealants and fillers as required for preparation of woodwork and washing them down to remove dust and grease.
• Undertaking any decorative works required to deliver a quality finish to buildings and their components, both internally and externally. This includes a full spectrum of painting techniques such as stains, lacquers, enamel, oil, varnish, metal and fire resistant coating.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating
