Salary: £22.00 - £23.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer Multi Trade to join a growing housing contractor covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt. This role involves working within occupied and void social housing properties, carrying out high-quality plastering alongside a range of general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first-time fix, delivering a high standard of workmanship consistently.
• Carrying out patch repairs as well as larger plastering projects in social housing properties.
• Performing decorating, tiling, and other associated multi-trade maintenance tasks as required.
• Working efficiently and productively to complete tasks within agreed time frames while maintaining quality standards.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring residents and clients are treated with respect and professionalism.
• Completing daily work sheets accurately, detailing tasks performed and materials used after each job.
• Liaising with tenants to address any questions or concerns during the maintenance visit.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
• Basic DBS Check
