Salary: £39,000.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a well‑established social housing contractor. You'll deliver high‑quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance across domestic properties in West London.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Basic DBS Check
