Pay Rate: £17.85 - £23.38 per hour

We have a new opportunity for a Plumber to join the responsive repairs team for a local contractor to work across council owned properties in Banbury.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a variety of responsive or planned plumbing tasks within occupied and void properties
• Repairing leaks, repairing or replacing toilet seats, shower heads or hoses, unblocking waste traps, toilets, gutters, rainwater pipes, etc.
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes.
• Producing concise and accurate data records through PDA / mobile communication systems and reporting, including feedback on vulnerabilities within the community, the use of labour and materials and if tasks are deliverable in the time allocation.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing (required)
