Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a stable, full-time position with local, consistent work? We're hiring for a motivated and skilled Plumbing Operative to join a well-established property maintenance team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and installations in social housing, including:

  • Tap replacements, pipework repairs, toilet and sink installs

  • Shower installations and repairs

  • Radiator replacements and basic heating system works (non-gas)

  • Leak detection and resolution

  • Kitchen and bathroom plumbing connections

• Reactive maintenance and planned repairs in void and tenanted properties

• Providing clear updates via a handheld PDA device

• Ensuring high standards of work and professional customer service for tenants

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within a social housing, domestic, or public sector environment

• Confidence in diagnosing and repairing a range of plumbing issues

• A full UK manual driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
