Salary: £40,090.00 per annum

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join one of the largest housing associations in supporting the delivery of responsive repairs across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Stevenage.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes on issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty pipework, and sanitary ware.
• Undertaking basic carpentry repairs such as installing and repairing doors, windows, locks, worktops, kitchen units, and bathrooms.
• Performing basic tiling repairs and replacements to kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring a neat and durable finish.
• Carrying out painting and decorating works to a high standard, including making good, preparing surfaces, and applying finishes after repairs.
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with residents, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining a professional approach at all times.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
