Property Manager (2 Positions Available)

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm | Office Based

Location: Stoke Poges


About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Property Managers to join a busy and professional lettings team based in Stoke Poges.

The successful candidates will each manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, ensuring excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining full legal and regulatory compliance.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career progression within a supportive and structured environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties

  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

  • Handle tenancy agreements and documentation in line with the Housing Act 1988

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractors

  • Arrange and conduct property inspections

  • Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations

  • Oversee rent collection, chase arrears, implement payment plans, and manage annual rent reviews

  • Manage deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes

  • Maintain accurate records and update property management systems

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors


Requirements

  • Proven UK experience as a Property Manager

  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation

  • Understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using property management software (PayProp, Rezi, Fixflo or similar)

  • ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards) desirable

  • Full UK driving licence required
