Quantity Surveyor - Property Services & Retrofit
Package & Details:
- Salary: £50,000-£60,000
- Bonus: Up to 10%
- Car allowance: 10% of salary
- Office based in South Manchester

Our client is a rapidly growing business specialising in property services and retrofit works across the public sector. With turnover doubling year-on-year, they offer a dynamic environment and clear progression into management roles.
The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £250k to £6m. Projects are typically long-term (2-3 years) and based within the public sector. You will play a key role in commercial management, including cost control, reporting, and some pricing responsibilities. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive and ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of multiple projects
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
- Support pricing and tendering activities
- Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders
- Attend site 1-2 times per week
Requirements:
- Experience as a QS within property services, refurbishment, or retrofit
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Driven, ambitious, and hands-on approach
