🚆 Rail Cleaning Supervisor - Night Shift (Mobile Role)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Rail Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.

Location: Mobile role covering 7 Elizabeth Line stations
Hours: 8:00pm - 4:00am (Night Shift)
Team Size: Supervising up to 120 cleaning staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple stations
• Ensure train cleaning is completed to a high standard
• Manage staff performance, attendance, and daily operations
• Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with rail industry standards

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous supervisory experience
• Cleaning industry experience preferred
• Rail industry experience is advantageous
• PTS (Personal Track Safety) is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical
• Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) screening
• Right to work in the UK
