Experienced Resident Liaison Officer required for a busy social housing refurbishment programme covering Shrewsbury and Hereford. Offering a salary of £26,500-£28,500 plus company car, this role involves coordinating kitchen and bathroom replacements in council properties while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

The ideal candidate will have proven RLO experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage resident relationships effectively. You should be locally based (or willing to travel) and confident handling schedules, communication, and resident queries throughout the works.
