Roofer

Are you an experienced roofer with a strong background in both flat roofing with heat application and slate, tile/pitched roofing? We want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Roofer to cover areas between Northamptonshire, Leicester, and up to Peterborough. This position requires expertise in flat roofing, particularly with heat application, as well as experience in slate and tile/pitched roofs.

Please ensure you have flat roofing lead work experience before applying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain flat roofs (heat application) and slate/tile roofs
• Lead work experience is essential for this role
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adhere to health and safety standards

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from £34,000 to £35,300 per annum (depending on experience)
• 5% bonus paid each March (pro-rata)
• Company work van, fuel card, tools, uniform, and PPE provided
• Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements:

• Essential: Flat roofing lead work experience (please do not apply if you do not have this experience)
• Must have less than 5 points on your driving license
• No driving bans in the last 5 years
• Able to pass a Basic DBS check
• Comfortable operating a tracked vehicle with cameras inside and outside of the cab
