Site Manager | Retrofit/Social housing refurbishment

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to support a busy refurbishment and retrofit programme across the Sheffield area on a 2-month contract.
This role will suit someone with a strong background in refurbishment works, high-rise projects and managing both direct labour and subcontractors.
Key experience required:
- Proven Site Manager experience within refurbishment/construction
- EWI / External Wall Insulation experience
- High-rise project experience
- Internal works including fire stopping, sprinklers, fire doors, bathrooms and shaft wall works
- External works including balconies, patch repairs and window replacements
- Experience managing direct and subcontracted teams
- Ability to read and work from building drawings
- SMSTS
- Scaffold Inspection
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Desirable:
- Social housing experience
- New build experience
- Wider retrofit knowledge
Pay rate is £250 per day DOE.
