Site Manager (SM) - School Refurbishment Project
Pay Rate: £29.00-£32.00 per hour
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project.
Project Details:
- Start Date: Friday 17th July
- Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August)
- Working Pattern: Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term.
Scope of Works:
- External refurbishment works including:
- Car park improvements
- Footpath works
- Internal refurbishment works including:
- Toilet refurbishment
- Nursery refurbishment
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- DBS is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the project on programme.
