Site Manager - Social Housing / Passive Fire Protection

Location: Barking & Dagenham
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + benefits

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering compliance and refurbishment projects across the social housing sector. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across the region.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of site works.

• Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and project programmes.

• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and health & safety compliance.

• Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams throughout project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within social housing, refurbishment, construction, or passive fire protection.

• Experience in passive fire protection is preferred but not essential.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
