Fit-Out Site Supervisor - Long-Term Office Fit Out Project (Cardiff)

We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Supervisor to join a major office fit-out project with one of the UKs leading office fit out contractors based in Central Cardiff, starting mid to late May. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term scheme.

Role Overview:
You will support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. The role requires strong coordination of subcontractors and a solid background in commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities throughout the fit-out phase
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to specification
• Maintain health & safety standards and site compliance
• Liaise with site management, project teams, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and report on site activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on office fit-out projects
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• Current First Aid at Work certificate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
