About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor for a leading construction company across sites in London. This is a practical role for someone who leads by example, is comfortable getting involved on the tools when required, and can effectively manage day-to-day site operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard while coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and keeping work progressing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Lead by example and assist with practical site work when required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor quality standards and resolve on-site issues quickly.
• Plan workloads and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, suppliers, and site teams.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
• Order and manage materials and equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
• Strong practical construction background with the ability to work hands-on.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid CSCS card (essential)Gold or Black

• Fire Marshal
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
