Job Title: Traffic Marshall
Location: Westcliff

Job Summary:
A Traffic Marshall is responsible for controlling and directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic on construction sites to ensure safety and smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control site traffic, including delivery vehicles and construction equipment.

• Guide drivers when reversing or manoeuvring vehicles on site.

• Ensure pedestrians and workers move safely around the site.

• Communicate clearly with drivers, site managers, and workers.

• Follow and enforce site health and safety procedures.

• Monitor entry and exit points for vehicles and deliveries.

• Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe behaviour.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.

• CSCS card ( preferred)

• Good communication and signalling skills.

• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
