We are seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a leading Housing Association, overseeing void property refurbishment and turnaround works across the Tower Hamlets and North/East London patch.

You'll be responsible for managing operatives and contractors, ensuring void properties are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard, helping residents move into quality homes as quickly as possible.

What we're looking for:

• Experience supervising voids, repairs, or planned works within social housing
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and health & safety requirements
• Excellent organisational and people management skills
• Full UK driving licence
