We are looking for an experienced Warden Call Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working within the social housing sector, providing essential support to residents through the maintenance of critical warden call systems.

The Role

As a Warden Call Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, maintaining, and repairing warden call systems across occupied social housing properties. You'll attend both planned preventative maintenance visits and reactive call-outs, ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and fully operational.

Package

• Salary of up to £42,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain warden call systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
• Test systems to ensure they are operating correctly following repairs.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Provide a professional and courteous service when working in occupied homes and communal areas.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on warden call systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
