It’s been 12 months since Daniel Owen bought itself from its founders and became Employee Owned through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Securing our future this way meant our teams could navigate the built environment and grow the business in the best way they understand, with the company in full control of its direction. For our clients and candidates, this has already allowed us to invest more in our processes and systems, ensuring we continue to offer the 5-star service we’re famous for as well.

For our teams, we’ve started hosting forums to feed back their day-to-day and common queries they’re hearing from the sector. This has involved improving our working environments, bringing in financial wellbeing benefits and new EV car share schemes.

This next year will deliver many more improvements to our services, with new tech and schemes to help us provide the best recruitment service in the build environment. This includes the latest innovations in worker-to-employer engagement and payments and elevated loyalty schemes to further recognise the hard work from our candidates.
