Damp & Mould Manager - Social Housing

Location: North West London
Rate: £300-£325 per day PAYE
Contract: Ongoing Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Manager to join a leading social housing provider in North West London on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day damp and mould service.

• Drive down WIP/backlogs and improve turnaround times.

• Manage and monitor KPIs, SLAs, data and performance.

• Oversee budgets, expenditure and financial performance.

• Manage and lead a team of Supervisors and Surveyors.

• Monitor team and contractor performance and address underperformance.

• Analyse MI and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Report performance, financials

About You

You will need to demonstrate:

• Strong experience and understanding of damp and mould case management.

• Experience managing Surveyors, Supervisors and/or technical operational teams.

• A strong commercial mindset and experience managing budgets, expenditure and financial performance.

• Proven experience working with KPIs, SLAs and performance targets.

• Experience of successfully reducing WIP, backlogs or outstanding repairs/cases.
