Salary: £50,000 - £54,000

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor / Contracts Supervisor to support the delivery of electrical compliance, testing and maintenance contracts across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong electrical professional looking to progress into a supervisory role within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Qualified Supervisor (QS) under the company's NICEIC accreditation.
• Review and verify electrical testing and inspection results and certification.
• Conduct post-inspections and quality audits of engineers' work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field-based electricians.
• Assist with NICEIC assessments, compliance documentation and contract support.
• Deliver toolbox talks, support engineer training and assist with appraisals.
• Work closely with management to maintain high technical and compliance standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection.
• Strong testing, inspection and fault-finding experience.
• Experience within domestic installations, EICRs and electrical compliance.
• Social Housing or Local Authority contract experience desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• £50,000 - £54,000 basic salary.
