We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join a growing Repairs team at a local housing association. This is a mobile role covering a property portfolio across High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out electrical installation condition reports (EICRs).
• Completing installations, servicing, repairs and partial rewires in domestic properties.
• Renewing showers, immersion heaters and pumps, including associated plumbing (essential).
• Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other compliance duties.
• Delivering a first-time fix service with minimal disruption to residents.
• Working independently across a mobile patch.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and job records.
• Following health and safety regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
• 18th Edition (BS 7671)
• City & Guilds 2391-52 (Inspection & Testing)
