Groundworker Required - Alnwick

Experienced Groundworker required for ongoing work in Alnwick, starting Monday 09/11/2026.

Type of Work:

• General groundworks
• Plot works on a residential construction site
• Drainage and associated groundworks
• Kerbing and external works
• Other groundworking duties as required

Rate & Working Hours:

• Rate negotiable per hour
• CIS, Umbrella and PAYE payment options available
• Hours and working days to be confirmed
• Ongoing work available

Requirements:

• Previous groundworking experience essential
• Experience carrying out residential plot works
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid CPCS card or NPORS card with CSCS logo

Documents Required Upon Application:

Candidates must be prepared to provide:

• Proof of CPCS or NPORS qualification with CSCS logo
• Photo of passport or birth certificate
• National Insurance number
• Two working references
