Construction Labourer

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Labourer to join a busy construction project in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to site work.

The successful candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, have their own PPE, and be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety on site.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots)
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive, hands-on attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
• Willingness to commit for the duration of the project

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities
• Keeping the site clean, safe and well organised
• Moving, unloading and distributing materials and deliveries
• Supporting the smooth running of site operations
• Following all site rules and health & safety regulations
• Carrying out general labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated and ready to get stuck into a fast-paced construction environment. Previous labouring experience is beneficial, although a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
