Labourer with Traffic marshal ticket

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Labourer/traffic marshal to join our team for ongoing work on a site near Virginia water.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include general labouring tasks, keeping the site tidy, assisting trades, and supporting the smooth running of the project. Following all site health and safety procedures.

• Guiding vehicles into and out of the site

• Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles are kept safely separated

• Communicating with drivers and site operatives

• Keeping access routes clear and safe

• Following site procedures and health and safety regulations at all times

• labouring work will be required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gateman on a construction site

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification

• Valid CSCS Card

• Full PPE

• Own transport

• Good communication skills and awareness of site surroundings

• Reliable, punctual, and confident working in a busy site environment
