Maintenance Supervisor

Location: South London - Greenwich and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,000-£42,000 + company van and fuel card

We're recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join an established contractor delivering maintenance, refurbishment and construction services across the public and private sectors.

The role will focus on overseeing maintenance works across public buildings for a local authority in the Greenwich area, covering responsive repairs and planned maintenance.

We're open to applications from experienced Supervisors as well as Multi-Trade Operatives looking to take the next step into a supervisory role.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance works across multiple sites.
• Coordinate operatives and subcontractors.
• Monitor work quality, progress and health and safety.
• Liaise with clients to ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

• Background in building maintenance or construction.
• Good knowledge of multiple trades.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.
