Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the North London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Multitrade - Carpenter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: Multitrade Carpenter:

• Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance to occupied and void social housing properties.
• Completing first and second-fix carpentry works to properties, communal areas and external areas.
• Repairing and replacing doors, door frames, architraves, skirting boards and other timber fixtures.
• Installing and repairing kitchen units, worktops, cupboards and other joinery.
• Carrying out repairs to flooring, floorboards, timber structures and other carpentry elements.
• Completing repairs to windows, frames and other timber components where required.
• Undertaking repairs to damaged timber following leaks, damp, rot or general wear and tear.
• Completing void property works to ensure properties are brought up to the required lettable standard.
• Working from job sheets and schedules to complete repairs within agreed timescales.
