Use your technical plumbing knowledge, particularly uPVC plumbing, to support operatives and resolve complex issues.
Ensure repairs are completed within agreed timescales, prioritising emergency works and urgent hazards.
Work closely with planners, schedulers and management to coordinate workloads and minimise delays.
Ensure health and safety procedures, risk assessments and relevant compliance requirements are followed.
Support the delivery of damp and mould-related repairs, with an understanding of the requirements and timescales associated with Awaab's Law.
Monitor job completion, identify recurring issues and drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Confident handling challenging teams and addressing performance issues effectively.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements and quality standards.
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of Awaab's Law and its implications for social housing repairs.
Experience working with damp and mould, housing disrepair or property compliance.
Previous experience within a local authority or housing association.
