Property Compliance Manager - Temp to Perm

📍 Tunbridge Wells, Kent £159 per day / £40-£42k per annum equivalent ⏰ Full-time | Temp to Perm

We're looking for an experienced Property Compliance Manager to join a busy housing team, leading on damp, mould and other property hazards covered by Awaab's Law.

The Role

• Manage cases relating to damp, mould and property hazards from report through to resolution.
• Lead and support a small team of Property Officers and a Property Coordinator.
• Coordinate with repairs and surveying teams to ensure issues are dealt with promptly.
• Review repeat repairs and escalate cases requiring further investigation.
• Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate records and support audits.
• Act as a key point of contact for resident queries and complaints.
• Provide clear advice to residents and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support continuous improvement and compliance with Awaab's Law.

About You

• Experience in property compliance, housing, case management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk management and the ability to prioritise cases.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident managing challenging situations and customer complaints.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
• Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
