We're recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee a busy responsive repairs team in Bedfordshire.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supervising up to 30 trade operatives and contractors

• Allocating and monitoring responsive repair works

• Carrying out site inspections, diagnostics and quality checks

• Managing labour, materials, timescales and performance

• Ensuring works meet health & safety, regulatory and contractual standards

• Providing technical support and dealing professionally with customers and contractors

We're looking for:

A qualified/experienced building trades professional with proven supervisory experience, knowledge of responsive repairs and Schedules of Rates, and a strong understanding of building regulations and H&S.
