Purpose of the Job - Resident Liaison Officer

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout gas repairs and servicing works, ensuring they are kept informed and supported.
• Coordinate appointments between residents, operatives and contractors, ensuring works are arranged efficiently and within required timescales.
• Manage and resolve resident enquiries and complaints, providing clear updates and escalating issues where necessary.
• Liaise with contractors, supervisors and internal teams to monitor the progress of works and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems to reflect job progress, appointments, complaints and outcomes.
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service by building positive relationships with residents and ensuring a smooth and coordinated repairs service.
