Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the West London area who are looking for a highly skilled Voids Supervisor to join their team.

Purpose of the Job - Voids Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of void property refurbishment and maintenance works, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard within agreed timescales and quality requirements.
• Manage and coordinate operatives and contractors, allocating workloads efficiently and monitoring progress to maximise productivity and achieve void turnaround targets.
• Carry out regular inspections of void properties to monitor workmanship, identify defects and ensure all works are completed in accordance with specifications, health and safety requirements and Lampton Services' standards.
• Monitor daily workloads, programme works effectively and address any issues or delays that may impact completion timescales or performance targets.
• Ensure accurate updates are maintained on relevant systems, including job progress, works completed, outstanding repairs and property readiness.
• Work closely with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient voids process, while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service and value for money.
• Support the delivery of an efficient voids service by identifying opportunities to improve turnaround times, workmanship, productivity and overall service performance.
