Inspiring Women Networking Event

We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation and progress. We were honoured to have our National Sales Director, Sarah Jane-Bradish, represent us at the ‘Inspiring Women’ networking event at St. Albans Girls School & Adeyfield Academy on International Women’s Day 2024.

Sarah’s passion for empowering young women and expertise in the construction industry made her a perfect fit for the event. The event provided a platform to connect with female students from different year groups and engage in meaningful discussions about career paths and opportunities in the built environment.

From networking sessions with Year 12 students to dynamic speed networking sessions with Year 8 students, SJ’s enthusiasm and dedication shone through, leaving a lasting impact on the students.

Events like these allow for change, inspiring women and empowering future generations to pursue their passions and break barriers. It was a positive step forward in fostering a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
