Our client is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join their Empty Homes Team, covering the Newbury / Berkshire area. This is a varied, hands-on role working across vacant residential properties, ideal for someone with strong carpentry skills and additional trade experience.

You'll be working in a safety-focused environment and will be provided with a company van and fuel card, so you won't be out of pocket while travelling between sites.

The Role

As a Carpenter Multi, you'll carry out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks within empty residential properties, supporting the turnaround of homes to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

• Installing internal and external doors, door frames, and windows

• UPVC installation and servicing

• Locksmithing, including gaining entry (lock snapping, drilling, picking)

• Fencing works including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels

• Kitchen fitting, kitchen builds, and minor joinery

• Supporting works including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance
